Becka Bonner
Founder of Bad Ass Bitch Club | Keynote Speaker: The Audacity of Authenticity
Bad Ass Bitch Club was born out of lived experience—not theory, not branding exercises, and definitely not perfection. I created BABC after years of shrinking, shapeshifting, burning out, getting sober, starting over, and finally deciding I was done performing palatable versions of myself just to belong.
BABC exists for the womxn who are tired of pretending they’re “fine,” who know deep down that their power lives in their truth—not in fitting in. It’s a space rooted in honesty, creativity, and community, where growth is messy, healing is nonlinear, and becoming yourself is the whole point.
What I’m most looking forward to is watching womxn remember who they are when they stop apologizing for existing. Seeing the walls come down. Watching connections form that feel real, safe, and expansive. Creating rooms where vulnerability is strength, joy is radical, and no one has to earn their seat at the table.
As a keynote speaker, my work centers on The Audacity of Authenticity—the radical act of telling the truth about who you are, where you’ve been, and what you actually want. I speak candidly about identity, recovery, reinvention, creativity, and the courage it takes to live out loud after a lifetime of survival. My talks are equal parts grounding and galvanizing, inviting people to drop the masks, reclaim their voice, and choose a life built on alignment instead of approval.
Bad Ass Bitch Club isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself—and having the audacity to stay there.

Janique Crenshaw
Illustrator & Creative Guide | Self-Portrait Empowerment Workshop
Janique Crenshaw is an illustrator and creative artist whose work is rooted in self-expression, exploration, and reclaiming confidence through art. Her passion for drawing began in childhood, shaped by influences like Alphonse Mucha, anime, and music—all of which continue to inform her visual language today.
At the BABC Retreat, Janique will lead a Saturday night self-portrait empowerment workshop, open to 20 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
In this intimate, guided session, femmes will be invited to explore self-representation as an act of affirmation—creating a self-portrait that centers presence, power, and personal truth rather than perfection.
Janique’s work isn’t about “getting it right.” It’s about showing up, seeing yourself clearly, and honoring who you are—right now.

Sarah Katreen Hoggatt
Writer, Retreat Facilitator & Journaling Guide
Sarah Katreen Hoggatt is a writer, retreat facilitator, international speaker, and book designer with over twenty-five years of experience helping people find their voice through words. She has authored several books and numerous articles, and her work is rooted in curiosity, reflection, and the belief that wisdom reveals itself when we slow down enough to listen.
After earning her bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University in 2001 and her master’s in 2006, Sarah continued to turn to writing—particularly poetry—as a way to express what couldn’t yet be spoken aloud. Line by line, writing became both a compass and a companion, guiding her through difficult seasons and into deeper communion with her inner, wiser self.
Sarah doesn’t view growth as a straight path, but as an ever-widening circle. Rather than rushing toward answers, she finds meaning in holding space for the questions—and inviting others to do the same. Her facilitation style is gentle, grounding, and deeply attuned, creating environments where people feel safe to explore what’s true for them.
Sarah lives in Salem, Oregon, where she designs books and works in communications. When she’s not writing, she can be found hiking, learning classical guitar, drawing in pen and ink, or making people laugh simply for the joy of it.
At the BABC Retreat, Sarah is co-leading the planning alongside Rebecca Bonner and facilitating two journaling workshops designed as intentional rituals. One evening will culminate in a release fire, offering space to let go of what no longer serves. The following night will close with a manifestation fire, inviting participants to name and anchor what they are calling in next.
Sarah’s presence at the retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and trust that clarity emerges when we allow ourselves to sit honestly with what’s unfolding.
