🌊 BABC Retreat 2026 – Terms & Conditions
💰 PAYMENT POLICY
- Retreat investment is $650 paid in full.
- All retreat registrations must be paid in full by April 17, 2026 to attend.
🔁 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made on or before April 1, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of any amount paid (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations made after April 1, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
- If your balance is not paid in full by April 17, 2026, your registration may be canceled without refund and your spot released to the waitlist.
🔄 TRANSFERS & SWITCHES
- Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by BABC staff. We get that life happens—reach out if there’s an emergency, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
🛑 IF WE NEED TO CANCEL
In the unlikely event that Bad Ass Bitch Club cancels the retreat for any reason, all attendees will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
We are not responsible for any additional costs such as travel, meals, or lodging booked independently of our group discount. We strongly encourage attendees to consider travel insurance if booking flights or non-refundable transportation.
🏠 LODGING, FOOD & ALCOHOL
- Lodging is not included in the retreat ticket and must be booked directly with the Yachats Inn.
- Discounted pricing is only available after your retreat registration is complete, and rooms are first come, first served.
- Lodging must be booked by calling Yachats Inn directly at 541-547-3456 and mentioning Bad Ass Bitch Club to receive the group rate.
- Each condo unit includes a kitchen, queen bed, and pull-out couch, and sleeps up to 4 people. The condos are steps away from the retreat space and a 5-minute walk from the beach.
- Attendees will have access to a pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean.
- Retreat activities are substance-free zones. If you choose to consume alcohol, please do so respectfully in your private lodging area only.
- You’re welcome to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for personal use. Each unit has a fridge and full kitchen setup.

This retreat is built to celebrate and empower all women—cis, trans, nonbinary femmes, and anyone who feels aligned with sisterhood and identifies with the energy and ethos of this space. If you feel at home here, you belong here.
The retreat is for adults 18+ only. While you’re welcome to bring family and stay in a different unit onsite, the retreat condos and event areas are for registered participants only.
